Description	Wanting to separate part of double garage so that it can be used as a beauty therapy studio. Garage floods a little so one garage door needs a flash enad both need nibs. Also looking at 1. Building paper lining the roof and walls of whole garage 2. Framing put up in garage to make a studio 3. Insulation put in the walls 4. Jibb on walls of entire garage including the roof of studio 5. Options on doors or maybe discuss using the side entrance and Jibbing over both garage doors 6. Ideas on drainage and sealing of the garage 7. Ideas on the floors welcome
