Description	The paint done in the bathroom 4 years ago is peeling off the wallpaper. Mould also develops every month. The size is about 2m x 3m. What I'd like to do is to keep the bathtub, sink and toilet as they are and remove the wallpaper and vinyl and replace them. Options I have is new vinyl on the floor, tiling for the rest of the walls and ceilings, or part tiling part gib with aqua paint, pending on how the costs go. I'm open to suggestions.
