Ouside lights and a dodgy plug

Description	Both my outside lights (porch lights) have burnt out. Need to be fixed, would like to have a sensor that turns it on at dusk. Also an electrical socket 'fizzes' occasionally and has a bit of a smoke mark round the plug...needs looking at to make sure that it is kosher.
