| Description | We have been renovating a small 2bdm, 70sqm bach in Mahurangi West since Nov last year. There is some urgency to now rent it out, and we need someone with varied skills to finish off what we have started, and in a short timeframe. Person must be a good finisher - the stopping/painting/poly work needs to be of good quality. We would like one person to complete the job. The type of work we need completed includes: Floor sanding and poly to a good finish of a small kitchen, bathroom and laundry Gib stopping of ceilings throughout Painting of ceilings throughout Attach architraves throughout Attach internal and external corner mouldings throughout Interior plywood cladding - 90% of the cladding has been nail hole puttied and sanded ready for clear poly finish, this needs to be finished and then the poly coats put on Putty and Poly skirtings and architraves Poly internal doors which are in place Attach handles and catches to all doors Small stopping job in bathroom Install shower casing Install vanity No more gaps and paint window sills throughout Carpet laying Ideally we would like a quote for all work, we may need to complete some tasks ourselves depending on cost so ideally would like it broken down by task (but ot essential). We are good payers and are happy to pay cash if that is suitable. Quote must be a fixed price. Thanks for looking. |
