Description	Two storey house - Weatherboard ~1930's The house is to be re-piled in the next several weeks (date TBA) At the same time as repiling we want to, - Remove the chimney and 2 fireplaces. (1 x upstairs, 1 x downstairs) - Remove the internal wall between the upstairs lounge and dining rooms. Making good the ceilings and floor. - Fit a new double glazed Bay window to the upstairs lounge. Supply and fit suitable seating/ storage for the bay window - Separately quote for replacing upstairs bedroom window, bathroom and laundry window with new double glazing. Resource consent & Builders permit approved Drawings available
