| Description | ***NOTE*** This is no longer for an En-suite, but a bathroom off the hall that uses the same space. We want to turn a nook/study into second bathroom off our Hallway. The study is less than 5 square meters. We will supply the bathroom fittings (tap-ware), shower, toilet and vanity. We can handle demo, painting and rubbish removal. Please note that the following is only an indicator of the main work that is required. [phone] We would like a draughtsman to draw up the plans for this job. We require a builder to - Build a new wall/doorway into opening of the nook - Supply and fit new door to entrance in new wall - Fit new wall and ceiling linings - Provide fixing for bathroom fittings where appropriate - Install shower unit, including shower tray - Install vanity unit We will need a flooring person to - Supply and lay lino/vinyl flooring suitable for a wet area |
