Description	Small decking job. Address: 36 Jackson Terrace, Porirua East There is a existing deck at front of house, approx. 15-18sqm. Would like the handrails (around the deck) to be removed, the deck cleaned by water blastering. There are approx. 15 decking timber that are broken/rotten and need to be replaced. Please quote me for above job of repair. Pls also quote for replacing the deck (and remove the handrail). Any tradesman that is interested in this job can visit the property on Wedn to Fri (16 April). As courtesy, pls knock on the door and let the tenants know you are there.
