Description	It's a fairly straight-forward job... due to previous owners doing things on the cheap there is some water damage from the shower. 2 walls need to be replaced with Jib Aqualine, one of the walls after being sealed and painted needs to be re-tiled. And I believe there is another part of the bath/shower that needs to be fixed up which is also letting water in. Also, the small laundry which is attached to the bathroom, also has some surface water damage (mould etc) and this needs to be de-moulded, possibly sanded, repainted etc. I would prefer someone who can do the whole job
