Description	I have an [phone] timber weather board weatherboard. I've been stripping and repainting the sills recently, and discovered 1 cracked window frame, and 2 or 3 frames I think have early stages of rot. That is the timber should be hardwood, but appears in parts to be quite a bit softer than pine, and discolored. I would like to get all the frames in the house checked and quotes for repair or replacement as appropriate.
