Description	Conversion of double garage (concrete brick and large electric door with windows West facing at the back of the garage and door (south wall) - to a sleep out and single garage. Would like to partition the back of the garage off and make it a long sleepout and office. May also want quote for shower and toilet addition to sleepout once the back of the garage is converted. Garage already has electricity.
