Description	The current house paint is in average to good condition, about 8 years old. Approx 220 sq meters. We have had a treatment done for borer recently and need the areas affected washed, scraped, holes filled and painted. This involves the South and East sides of the house mainly. The South side is the worst which will involve the most work. There are some spots that will need scraping but other spots where the paint is in good condition and only needs holes filled and then touched up. There are some spots on the West side but the paint is in good condition here and just need holes filled and touched up. There is an area on 1st floor on the East side that has peeling paint that needs scraping, priming and painting. We would like the work completed before the end of May if possible.
