Description	Hey I am looking at building an A frame lodge in the Manawatu area approx 1hr north of Palmerston North. Approx 70-100sqm on the base I am thinking, with a second story of however much size it reduces to. Just looking for a very basic retreat to get away from the city into. One shower, seperate toilet, basic kitchen, fireplace, carpeted and insulated, windows in ends only initially but interested in options and prices to put windows in sides keeping in mind I hear this is a leak issue. A septic system will also be needed. Also interested in pricing for a concreted basement/storm shelter/cellar underneath house. Just looking for a loose estimate/range of prices i can expect at the moment to help with planning process as I still have the land purchase to complete. I have searched online for anyone offering a kitset A frame as this would be ideal, but no-one seems to offer them anymore. If you have any information on this I would be interested also.
