Description	* Ballistrades on decking to be redone to meet CoC height with treated timber. Sub floor bracing needs modification e.g current metal connections not used. Roof flashings on alteration require attention - east/west side of alteration only. *Water discharge from alterations need to be changed to meet current drainage system requirements.
