Description	Remove a small protruding wall, remainder of separate bathroom/toilet years ago, make good (include replacing 3 ceiling tiles and gibbing the gap) remove all fittings, put up Hardiglaze around bath areas and some finishing work. A couple of days work, we may have extra work later.
