Description	Approx 40 square metre extension at western side of house. [phone] x 4 metre).. Doorway knocked through existing end wall and extension added to western side of house. Consisting of: 1 bedroom 1 master bedroom 1 ensuite + walk thu wardrobe. Extension will mirror the existing lounge, dining room, kitchen area in size. Cladding on extension to match existing weatherboards. Hip roof to be extended and a right hand turn constructed. Would also like to hook up to stormwater. Council says it should be ok. We are on drain pits. Fall of approx 300mm over land area. House approx 1 metre off ground at extension end. Existing house details. 95-100 metres Cedar weatherboards Hip style roof. "L" shape house. Have nearly complete plans. Will need finalising by you, or tell us what we need and we can arrange.
