Description	A rental property is in much need of some TLC. One of the bathrooms the shower needs some attention (not sure if its leaking) and tapneeds to be tightened and it badly needs a repaint. Deck is partly rotten and extreamly slippery when wet. Gutters need to be cleaned and down pipe repaired. Flooring needs to be repaired (carpet and cork tile) Aluminum joinery repaired. Trees to be trimmed. I am looking for quotes for all the work would be best if you can do it all but if not just quote on what you can do.
