Description	We have had a new double garage and storage (sleepout) built on our property. We have had (not exaggerating) 6 different builders stuff us around and not get the job completed. The council extension has now run out and our latest builder has taken off overseas and refuses to answer our emails and phonecalls. Basically I want someone who will FINISH THE BLOODY JOB! You will need to be quick, reliable and have a good knowledge of the building code and council expectations. Based upon what the other builders have quoted - although never finished - there isn't much to be done, but more than our basic DIY skills can manage. You may need to have a meeting with the council inspector to get an idea of what is required. Cash Job.
