Description:	Our deck which is attached to the house on the second level needs to be replaced with a new deck (see the photo). The deck wraps around the corner of the house and continues another 4m along the front (see the other photo) of the house. It will probably require plans and a consent since it is above the ground. Also need a window and door replaced\rebuilt (shown in the third photo) and another window with a possible water leak replaced and repaired.
