Description:	A plumber and a builder. We have a preference to deal with someone who can provide both services (ie someone who will manage one of them as a subcontractor, or who has both skills). We need to relocate our laundry under the house so that we can turn the existing laundry into the new baby's room. We need to relocate the hot water cylinder and build a laundry down stairs. Anyone here done this before? No structural change involved.
