Description	House is a rental, tenant moved out a month ago. I've just found that one of the wall lining panels by the bath-tub has a 1" hole in the corner and so water has been going behind the lining over a period of time. I need the wall linings replaced with better quality lining and, if necessary, repair any damage behind the linings. Need this done asap but I would like quotes first.
