Description	We had extensions commenced several years ago by a builder who unfortunately didn't hold up his end of the bargain. What we need is initially gib fixing and stopping throughtout around 100sq m -all 2.4 stud and we have the gib already. complete all the architraves and assoc trims - we have most already as well. Some minor framing and as a second stage the complete fitout of a master bedroom with ensuite and walk in wardrobe
