Description	*PLEASE LOOK* - Job updated 15/04/2010! We are about to embark on some major extension work to our existing home in Silverstream. The existing property is a tiny 70sqm (2.5brm) and we are adding an additional 60sqm, including new kitchen, dining, lounge, entranceway, and decking. We have Final Drawings complete and have acquired council approval. We are after a couple of quotes from people who are able to start very soon and are able to provide us with a quote even sooner. I have PDFs of the final drawings and all the specs that can be emailed. Would appreciate previous work reference. No timewasters please!! Please only apply if you are actually going to complete an itemised quote and keep in contact. We're wanting to go the bank asap to acquire the funds, but need quotes first.
