Description	Plumber has been to fix the leaky shower, but now we have wet stained carpet (in the spare bedroom that backs onto the shower) and some floorboards feel fairly weak so will likely need replacement as well. The stain is about [phone] mm along and at the largest point it extends out about 200mm. Ideally, I'd like the carpet fixed or replaced and new floorboards fitted. [phone] And, if time and cost permits, there is a small wet stain between bathroom sink and shower that will need fixing. Are you the right builder/flooring contractor or handyman for this job?
