Description	I wish to extend my lounge area into what is currently a covered-in (except for back wall) and lined carport on a concrete slab adjoining it. The carport is positioned lower than the lounge with concrete steps leading in to it. A large glass wall with sliding door currently connecting my lounge to this car port has to be moved to what is the open back of the car port. I will need full drawings/plans in order to obtain building consent and I will need a firm price for the job. Also depending on budget I'd like a quote to add an ensuite bathroom with toilet, vanity and shower to the main bedroom. This would be an external extension. Again, draughting etc and a firm price needed.
