Description	Remove bath, vanity, toilet. Line wall as required, frame foor for shower tray. Install shower tray, liner, doors, new vanity & toilet. Tile floor (approx. 3 sq.m.) & walls (approx. 6 sq.m.). Allow for all plumbing, gibstopping where required, clearing away any demilition rubbish & old fittings.
