| Description | Electrician required. 1. inspect and possibly replace up to 10 recess light fittings with higher quality fittings (sorry can't tell you much about the ones there except most of them no longer work, but wiring is seemingly OK), 2. replace one power point fitting, 3. inspect insinkerator which we think has a jammed or burnt out electric motor. fix if possible. OK to quote just for 1+2 if insinkerator not your thing. understand its difficult to quote on 1, so further discussion may be required. |
