Description	here is the comment from our builder, "on the roof there are several large holes and rust patches, which are directly above the mouldy ceilings in the flats. There seems to be a small amount of damage in the ceiling space, which needs further investigation to be more [www] recommendation for the roof is to have at least the rearmost section above the bathrooms and laundry (both flats) replaced by a roofer as soon as possible. The midsection of roof above the rear hall and kitchen (both flats) you may want to consider replacement but could survive another 5 to 10 years with proper preparation and painting.
