Description:	We have bought a small do-up (100m2 built in 1946) and want to take down 2 internal walls to make the living areas open plan. This will likely require structural beams to be fitted. We have a roof overhang (1m x 2m) that we want to brick in, will need to lay a concrete slab foundation for this also. Dependent on costs we may want to put in bi fold doors. Then we need to re-gib, plaster and paint as well as install new kitchen and bathroom... so will need plumbing and plastering. We are keen to get builders around asap so we may be ready to start work in early March.
