| Description | Front Building = Building is half retaining wall half framing. Have benchtop, cupboards, kickboard, sealant, timber, masonary nails etc...shouldn't be much else required so mainly labour only quote...famous last words. Have some leftover gib hopefully that will do the job...mainly needs putting together and securing will need to alter a few bits and pieces to fill in a few gaps and to complete the kick board. Battening and jibbing required at the top of bench top and behind glass splashback, the glass splashback goes up higher than the retaining wall (so a bit of framing needed to level wall for 700mm high splashback), some easy plumbing to do...have to tap into the waste pipe under the bath but no crimping of butynol needed it's already done. Was on jobs 4180, [phone] & [phone] Front unit...Front of ranch slider approximately 2.5m to 3m wide x 2.4 depth. Two front posts with some trellis at the front, joined above ranch slider by a batten...smokey grey corrugated top, no sides. Back Duplex = Want to move the front door forward a metre odd, need to recycle the external and internal original 1940's timber boards as the verandah needs some repair as well. Would need to do plastering as well as the building work for these jobs. Free quotes only thanks...am able to send larger pictures by email as the site is very restricted to picture size:-) Have put on hold the French Doors quote...as haven't sourced French doors yet...would need to take out window and replace with French doors and re gib and clad the wall as the current window is larger...preferably recycling the rimu weatherboards on this one too. |
