Description	Currently the length of time taken for hot water to come out tap is approx 4 mins. Im looking to get a quote to correct this. Also poor workmanship under sink has lead to regular leaks and disconnection of pipes need to fix this. Might lead onto ongoing work for reliable tradesman!
