Description	Old bathroom will be partially gutted. Will need new services for a washing machine and new shower cubicle. New toilet and vanity will go into the same location as the old one was. Easy access to underfloor space (walk in upright). Two walls need to be gibed and stopped, ready for paining. Washing machine will need a power point. Lino floor will need to be laid. Size is about 5 m2.
