Description	We are adding a "L" shape 60m2 (2 bedrooms+lounge+bathroom+seprate entry) to our 60s house. The addition will join the existing house on the gargage. A cornerside 1.5M high retaining wall needs to be developed too. On our house, some renovation work needs to be carried out as well, including adding "L" shape deck on the first level, opening up our dining area to create flow into the new deck via french/bifolding door, upgrading couple existing wooden french doors to aliminum. Lastly, if budget allows, will re-design the whole garden to be more easily maintained. Architectual plans have been drawn and it is now in the process of waiting council's concent.
