Description	I have unit which has a hole approx 6ft x 3ft knocked in to the foundation wall (below ground level, the area was dug out). This was done by the previous owner with the intention of creating an accessway to the area below the unit. A window was also put in approx 3ft x 1ft. I am looking for someone to repair the wall and fill in the window. The walls are of concrete blocks.
