Extra outlets + wall heater permanent wiring

Description	I need a couple of extra power outlets in my main lounge and (maybe 1 more in the kitchen/dining). The lounge has 2 double sockets but they're not really in the right place for my TV etc. I also have a couple of heaters permanenty mounted to the wall - these run to the standard power outlets which is unsightly. I would like these permanently wired to the mains (as you would with a heated towel rail or such), I'm sure you know what I mean. The house is modern (8 yrs old) with clean straight walls. Thanks.
