| Description | I have a rental villa that needs repainting internally. Almost the whole place. 5 bedrooms, a lounge, bathroom and a hallway. I intend to paint all walls, skirting, doors and trim myself but won't physically have time to do the entire job so need a quote please for someone to paint just the ceilings. The entire floor area of house is 130m2 so I think the rooms mentioned probably take up 100-110m2 of this area. Its a high stud, guessing 12 feet. It's a rental so I need a good job done but nothing too fancy. No plaster ceilings but some look to have grooves, please see picture. Please only quote if you would be available to do this work in the first two weeks of February as we settle on this property 29 Jan and I need the work done immediately. Thanks |
