Description	Our renovation consists of a complete strip out of the upstairs level of our home (total house 230sqm), currently upstairs is a large 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, laundry, kitchen, lounge looking east with sea views over Rothesay Bay. We have plans drawn and submitted to council to renovate into 3 bedrooms, 1 ensuite bathroom, 1 main bathroom, new kitchen with open plan dining and lounge area with all glass frontages that again open to large areas of decking on 3 sides of the house. The main entrance is also moved from the north side to the west end of the house and substantial decking is also planned for that area. A flight of stairs is planned to enable the laundry to be moved down to the garage.
