| Description | We have an old wood burner. It sits on a concreate plinth in the lounge. We need to have the wood burner and plinth removed, the chimney removed and the roof will need new corrigation to cover where the chimney was. Inside the area where the plynth was and ceiling would need to be made good (new skirting board, sorting out the floor and any plastering though I think this is minimal). Note, the back of the log burner is not attached to the wall. We can organise with a carpet shop for new carpet and carry out any painting work ourselves |
