Description	I am seeking Expressions of Interest for the re roof of a 1950's Bungalow situated in the central suburbs of Whangarei. I have not decided what sort of roof I require and I wish to receive information from a range of product suppliers and installers. All respondents are requested to provide details of industry experience, references, professional indemnity, and public liability insurance. A copy of the contract that you intend to use should be forwarded for consideration also. It is intended that this work will happen in the Jan - Feb [phone] period though this should not be seen as an excluding condition for companies that may wish to negotiate this point. Only applications from stable, well established companies with a proven track record will be considered. An accurate scope of works will be written and agreed before quotes will be requested for the selected roofing medium. This roof must be replaced within the next 3 months due to unforseen circumstances.
