Description	I would like my basement laundry to be lined. Needs existing cupboard and laundry basin to be removed, then all walls lined, hot water cupboard built (hot water tank in place already), walls lined, ceiling over existing floor boards above, light fixtures and power points installed, happy to discuss flooring on existing concrete.Finally, would like to instal cupboard at waist height on top of existing concrete shelf. Finally, mount dryer on wall and install vent to outside wall. Approx 3m x 3m room.
