Description	Remove fireplace, stone surround and hearth. Please provide separate price to gib / stop as we do have a friend who is able to do this but not the most reliable chap in the world for getting him here. Fireplace is on the second floor of the house (house may have been lifted but presumably this wouldn't affect this job) No idea if chimmney needs to be capped in some way??
