Description	Our new house has a bathroom and toilet that have previously been modified to serve for 2 units. We would like to replace the toilet bowl in the standalone toilet with a new one and retile the floor and walls. The bathroom at the moment has a washing basin for laundry, shower, a vanity and a toilet. We would like to remove the toilet bowl & the washing basin and in their place put in a standard bathtub. The shower needs to be updated and the vanity will need to be replaced. The walls and floor will need retiling. Because there are major changes we would like someone who can do the necessary council consent if required. This is one of 3 major renovation items we have.
