Description	if building from new (not renovation), how much extra would it cost to have a wet area shower for a wheelchair user? This would require a fold down seat and 'sloping' floor for proper drainage. And possibly Tiled. We just need to know what extra budge we would need to set aside. This will be in a new house and replace the standard ensuite shower box usually offered.
