| Description | We require marine ply to be installed to the floor of our small, but double garage. Also, a couple of floor joists need to be replaced and so does a piece of gib in the ceiling of the sleepout which is below the garage. We live in Maupuia, the garage is on the road side so no big hills to go up and down. |
