Description	We have a number of sash windows in need of repair mainly the cords have broken. At the same time as having them apart we would like to repaint them so would be a job done over time preferrably during the summer. Also would like to have a pantry built in our kitchen and possibly need some assistance with re-painting our house. [phone] villa.
