Description	Art Deco Apartment although current wiring looks newish. Need to install plugs and run wires mainly. House is 80m2 with an internal switch board that is easily accessable. Will require two visits one before walls go up and one after to finish off. Work required asap Details below: Install two or three double plugs in each bedroom (presently there is just one) Change both the single plugs in bathroom to double plugs Install four double plugs in lounge(presently there is just one) Install one double plug in hall Adjust light switch in each room Install Oven - electric hob and underbench Single plug for microwave Double plug below for appliances Double plug on wall next to oven Double plug on wall next to sink/entrance way Install Rangehood Check the extractor fans these are exisiting - make one in bathroom turn on when light goes on Install wall light and light above bathroom mirror. Check outside light and switch Install Heated towel rail and switch Install 6 wall lights Other lights will be fitted to exisiting ceiling outlets and will not be moved.
