Description	We require a double garage with side workshop, dimensions 6m deep x 7.2m wid3, mono pitch roof, board and batten clad on concrete pad, one window and side door, double garage door Site needs to be cleared of existing old shed and overgrown plants, new concrete pad and piles laid, plumbing and electrics from house to new garage Have all architect drawings etc to quote off, architect arranging building consent etc, already have neighbour consents for non notified resourse consent, happy for site visit to view for purpose of quoting
