Description	NEW YEAR EDIT-Fair condition concrete rendered [phone] house, external paint, existing in good overall condition, but faded. Render is a slight raised stipple effect so would suit roller application?. Also would like eves painted (white) and barge boards tidied visually. 2 barge boards to be tidied with possible replacement of small section (2M) House is single story with good access on all side but it a 12ft stud so some high sections. Also to paint 3 sides of a double garage (detached from main dwelling), and rough single garage on 2 sides (not so critical for finish). Would look at this to start in Feb Must have references please.
