Description	I'm looking for a quote to extend my house which is two storey, but not full two storey (i.e., kitchen/bathroom/bedroom1 on single storey (upper level), lounge/bedroom2 on upper two storey, bedroom3/bedroom4/shed on lower two storey). Essentially, wanting to connect and extend my lounge and kitchen (both on upper level) to make it open-plan and extend beneath the lounge which is currently a shed. Measurements of extensions are: Top: 5.1m x 3.7m (lounge) and 4.7m x 2.3m (kitchen) Bottom: 5.1m x 3.7m (beneath lounge) Total metres: 48.55m2 Would also like to have an upper level deck run off the lounge/kitchen: approx. 50m2.
