Description	1st deck is approx 2m x 4m x 1m high Wraps around & utilises the top deck of existing concrete stairs (flush fitting) then goes back approx 4 meters flush against the wall of an existing house extention. [phone] nd deck is approx 2m x 6m x 1m high Has the same set of concrete steps & runs back along the back of the house to the corner. House has concrete piles that can be used to dynabolt a support rail to for the decking joists to mount on to. Both decks need a trap door fitted for underhouse access. Both decks need base boards to be fitted. A simple hand rail for the steps to be fitted but shouldn't need permits or a handrail for the decks because of the total deck height. There are no known pipes underground at the back of the house, but at the front deck site there are stormwater & sewage somewhere between the back wall & steps. I already have approx 90% of the timber needed (new pallet of decking & assorted other timber) but will need to purchase a few things like nails & other timber as needed etc on top of this contract. Qoute will be for labour ONLY to erect the decks. Job is situated in Huntly
