New Staircase and ballustrade for concrete verandah

Description	We have a concrete verandah one storey high which currently has a short ballustrade which is unsafe for small children. (See photo's) We would like to replace the ballustrade with a new wooden framed vertical wire ballustrade of approximately 1 metre high. We would also like a stair case built from the right hand side of the verandah, attached to the blue concrete block wall, to provide access from the verandah to the garden.
